Solution: Conduct an analysis of existing procedures. Engage suppliers to emphasize the importance of including purchase order line items in documentation. Recommend improved document handling. Collaborate with the Customs Team and OTM team to streamline the process.

Solution: Design a Smartsheet automation feature to streamline replacement-unit records and notify relevant stakeholders when a replacement unit is identified.
